Sharing Awareness

Hi everyone! Just had to share. I announced on my Facebook page that Niagara Falls will light blue at night for 15 minutes in honour of World Autism Awareness Day on April 2nd, 2015, organized by Autism Speaks Canada. The Falls are so breathtaking, especially at night. For those who've never visited, every evening the Falls are usually lit in the beautiful colours of the rainbow. credit: surpaspro April is Autism Awareness Month.  Over 2 million Americans are affected and tens of millions worldwide according to the U.S. CDC. And 1 in 68 children are diagnosed.  Many are affected. Let's share acceptance and understanding, autism is not a choice. Don't forget to wear blue this month to show some love and support.
